How to manually activate the Moka5 server license

Activating a license when your Management Server cannot connect to the Internet.If you cannot browse to the Internet from your Moka5 Management Server, please follow these procedures to activate your license. 1) Contact your Moka5 representative to obtain a production Customer ID and Deployment ID.2) Login to the Moka5 Console with the bootstrap admin account.Note: This is the admin account that you configured during the server installation, and is also the account you use to login to iconfig on the management server. If you kept the default username, it should be admin.If your current license has not yet expired, you can also perform these steps using a domain account with the Desktop Administrator role.3) Go to Settings > Licensing.4) Click Request License, and fill out the information.IMPORTANT: Make sure to enter the Customer ID and Deployment ID exactly the way your Moka5 representative provided them to you.5) Click Save to generate a .M5R file.6) Copy the .M5R file to a desktop or laptop that has Internet access.6a) From the laptop, open a web browser and go to https://license.mokafive.com.6b) Click Upload License Request, browse to the .M5R file, and click Upload. This generates a .M5L file.7) Copy the .M5L file back to the Management Server. 8) From the Management Console, go to Settings > Licensing.9) Click the Upload button.10) Browse to the .M5L file and click Upload.11) You should see your new license information and expiration date. |
