Summary

Follow these instructions to collect logs from the MokaFive mobile app.


Pre-Requisites

Need to have one of the following MokaFive components installed:

  • MokaFive mobile app

Steps

Steps for Generating Logs through the MokaFive mobile app

  1. Launch the MokaFive mobile app on your device.
  2. Tap on the Settings icon
  3. Swipe horizontally on the App Version line. This will make visible a "Start Logging" button.
  4. Tap on the "Start Logging" button and Tap Yes to enable the logging.
  5. Reproduce the issue that you are experiencing.
  6. When the issue is reproduced, swipe horizontally on the App Version line again. Tap on the "Stop Logging" button.
  7. Tap on Send Feedback to MokaFive.
  8. This will create a new email with the mokafive.log file attached.
    • Note: By default, the To field is set to "[email protected]". This can be manually changed to another email address, e.g. your own email address, email address of MokaFive Support engineer, etc., to obtain the logs for review.
