Pre-Requisites
Need to have one of the following MokaFive components installed:

StepsSteps for Generating Logs through MokaFive Player-
Launch the MokaFive Player or Creator.

Log in with your credentials.

Click the “?” button. This will open a Help window.

Click the “Gather Support Logs” button located on the bottom right-hand corner of the Help window.

After clicking “Gather Support Logs”, a "Gather Support Logs" status message will appear. Click OK to continue.

When you see the "MokaFive Support Tool" command line appear, press any key to continue.

The support tools will generate support logs and save them on the Desktop as mokafivesupport.zip.
Steps for Manually Generating Logs
On a Windows Host:
Method 1

Open Windows Explorer and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\MokaFive\Engine\bin\ for 64 bit hosts or C:\Program Files\MokaFive\Engine\bin\ for 32 bit hosts

Run m5support.bat
-
Launching the batch file will bring up the MokaFive Support Tool, press any key to continue.

The support tools will generate support logs and save them on the Desktop as mokafivesupport.zip.
Method 2

Click Start -> All Programs -> MokaFive folder -> Click Collect Support Information

This will bring up the MokaFive Support Tool, press any key to continue.

The support tools will generate support logs and save them on the Desktop as mokafivesupport.zip.
On a Mac Host:

Go to the upper right hand corner of the screen and click on the Spotlight search icon.

Type in "terminal"

Click on terminal in the search results
-
Type in the following and hit ENTER. NOTE: the path is CASE SENSITIVE!

cd /Applications/MokaFive\ Player.app/Contents/Resources/
-
Now, you should be in the Resources directory. Type in the following and hit ENTER.

The support tools will generate support logs and save them on the Desktop as mokafivesupport.zip.
On a BareMetal System:

After boot up of the Bare Metal System.
-
Log into the MokaFive Player with your credentials.
-
Click the “?” button. This will open a Help window.

Click the “Gather Support Logs” button located on the bottom right-hand corner of the Help window.

After clicking “Gather Support Logs” you will see the "Gather Support Logs” popup informing you "Support logs include information about your image and your computer. This can take a few minutes" click OK.

Upon completion, you will need to log into the Management Console to obtain the logs.

Click on the Reports Tab -> Scroll down and click on Device Logs

Locate the appropriate file using date and time stamps.

Under the Action column click Download.

The support logs will be in a file called: device-logs.zip in your selected save destination
On a LivePC:

Click Start -> Computer -> system(C:) -> Program Files -> MokaFive -> GTools

Run m5guestsupport.bat
-
This will bring up the MokaFive Support Tool, press any key to continue.

The support tools will generate support logs and save them on the Desktop as mokafivesupport.zip.
