MokaFive's support goal is to provide prompt and accurate responses to technical questions, emphasizing problem resolution and customer education. As part of customer education, MokaFive™ believes in empowering its users via a suite of self-help tools, which includes easy to access product embedded help. For our professional account users we also provide the MokaFive™ Support Center.

MokaFive Support Center

The MokaFive™ Support Center allows Professional Account users to submit, update, and track support cases 24 hours a day. The support center also provides access to the solutions portal which has answers to many of your product questions.

Our Getting Started page will help you install and use your MokaFive™ Player.

MokaFive Webinars

MokaFive offers a variety of educational webinars with rotating topics and featured speakers. Our last webinar titled MokaFive Suite 2.0—A Turning Point in Desktop Virtualization held on July 15th featured John Whaley, Ph.D., Founder and CTO.
