Some LivePCs show Calculating/unknown compression method

LivePC Engines prior to 1.0.9387 may not be compatible with some of the newer LivePCs if it is being hosted using the moka5 LivePC hosting service.

Downloading the LivePC will show "Calculating". Attempts to start the LivePC may result in "unknown compression method".

Upgrading to 1.0.9387 or later is required to use the newer LivePCs.
