Create iso command failed when running xpfromcd.

I got the following message when running xpfromcd:

create iso command failed: ./mkisofs.exe -relaxed-filenames -d -D -N -J -no-emul
-boot -boot-load-size 4 -b boot.img -o "C:\TEMP\xpcd.iso" -V "WXPVOL_EN" "C:\TEM
P\FILES"

I should mention that I am trying to install a little known XP version callled "Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PC's". This is basically a cut-down version of Windows XP, that Microsoft have released for use on older hardware. See, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Fundamentals_for_Legacy_PCs
