VMware appliances

Hello guys:
I was visiting VMware's website, and I've noticed they have tens of appliances. Some are freeware/GNU licences -- is it difficult to "convert" them to moka5? E.g.: I got interested in the Puppy Linux. Should I download the CD and create a LivePC or is there a direct way of using VMware already ready appliance?
Thanks,
Nelson
How to do it

Hello Kevin:
Thank you very much. I'll download it in a little while.
Can you explain us how to do it directly from VMware's website so we do not have to bother you with that if we find another interesting appliance?
Cheers,
Peter
Importing

Directions from the creator's guide
Directions including "local" installation
The basic process is:
- Download virtual appliance
- Run LivePC Engine
- Choose import from the bottom of the main window
- Navigate to the path you put the appliance in (in particular the whatever.vmx file
- Select it and finish the import
I downloaded the appliance
I downloaded the appliance from VMware and I imported it to the LivePC Engine. It works fine.
I have also uploaded the package to:
http://www.moka5.com/node/763. You can just subscribe to it if you don't want to do the import yourself.
