Camera, mic and other peripherals
Hello guys:
What should I do for my Windows LivePC to recognize a camera, my mic, a second sound card, etc.
Thanks, again.
Peter
Skype and sound cards
Hello Kevin:
Sound cards: Realtek High Definition and Sound Blaster Audiology.
When using Skype, the first sound card is where I connect my headphone. The second is where I connect my speakers. Skype rings on the speaker (loud, even if I am away) and I answer using the headphone (privacy when talking/hearing). Speakers are working, but headphone (sound and mic) is not.
Camera is USB, I'll try to disconnect and reconnect to see if I can get it to work.
BTW, a totally unrelated matter --> when we post a topi or reply, once you finish, it is pretty complicated to get back to the forum... or am I missing a link?
Thank you,
Peter
I don't think we can support
I don't think we can support two sound cards inside the LivePC.
As for the forum, no, you are not missing a link. You will need to click the back button a few times to get back. We will fix this in the next version of the website.
If the camera and mic are
If the camera and mic are USB device, then they should show up on the top of the LivePC Windows bar. Just click they to enable them to be used in the LivePC. I don't think we support a second sound card. What kind of sound card are you using? Why do you have 2?
