Vista Administrator problem

I installed vista on my laptop and I am the administrator of the machine. But when I installed the engine to laptop and run it as any of the users I get "You must be an administrator to run the LivePC Engine", except it will run when I run as the administrator account.

For Vista, you can Run any
For Vista, you can Run any program as Administrator by right click and select Run As Administrator. With Vista, User Account Control (UAC) is probably enabled.
