Shrinking of LivePCs like in VMWare

Hi,

i created a LivePc for my own use and installed all the needed applications.

Is it possible to shrink the virtual disks like in VMWare, because the files are getting pretty large and if i package the LivePc i am not able to make changes any more?

Packaging would help

Hi Kanio,

Packaging would help in your situation: after you subscribe to your packaged LivePC, simply choose the option "Let me make changes to this LivePC".

Another useful thing to do is to zero out the disk blocks no longer used. You use different tools depending on exactly what guest OS you are running. However, you need to find a machine with lots of space when you perform the zero operation.
