Computer Name? User Name?

Assuming I am making a LivePC of Windows XP, is the "Virtual Machine Name" the equivalent of the Windows "Computer Name"? (That is, is a program checks the "Computer Name" for security purposes, will it actually be checking the "Virtual Machine Name"???)
And what about User Names (User Accounts)? Do I open a User Account in the LivePC and use that User Name?
Would both of these be the same for Windows ME? For Vista?

The "Virtual Machine Name"
The "Virtual Machine Name" aka "LivePC Title" is just a label used for identifying the LivePC in the Engine's gui. The LivePC Title is not exposed to any Operating System.
The "User Names" are specific to the instance of LivePC that you use. You can have an unique name for the XP LivePC and a different user name for a Vista LivePC.
