livepc files disappear

i downloaded and install livepc engine v1.0.7283.0 on windows xp
i have buffered(download) fearless browser,nostalgia and quake 2 when downloaded they appear ready and i can use them fine but when i walk away from the pc for a couple of hours they appear not buffered again and i have to redownload them help please

Yes i know that you can start using the files before they are fully downloaded but in my case the livepc's have been fully downloaded and i am able to use them with no problems but when i leave the program running buffering(downloading) a big livepc when i come back to the pc a couple of hours later it reports all the files as not buffered and i have to redownload them even the ones that were 100% finished
for example i downloaded fearless browsers 100% complete and used it i then started to download games knoppix and left the pc running when i came back a couple of hours later fearless browser was reported as unbuffered and when i whet to use it began to download again this happens with all the livepc that i have tried
my cache is 2 gig

Games Knoppix is 2.7 GiB in size which is larger than the 2 GiB cache allocated so the Fearless Browser gets removed. If you want the Fearless Browser to remain in the cache, just enable the "Let me use this LivePC offline" for the pariticular LivePC
Did you allocate enough
Did you allocate enough cache? Did they just stop buffering? Or did the download progress bar go to zero? As soon as the orange circle is filled up, you can start using the LivePC. You do not need to wait for the buffering to complete before you can use it. The Engine is smart enough to manage the cache space between the LivePCs.
