Vinod Khosla talking to us at moka5
One of the coolest things at moka5 is we get to meet a lot of the high-tech heavyweights and to discuss technologies with them. Today Vinod Khosla, one of our board members, spent 3 hours (!) with our engineer team to discuss all kinds of topics. One of the topics was on how to build a successful product by conducting experiments and iterating them quickly with the customers. Here is an excerpt from the discussion:

By the way, when was the last time you get to brainstorm your ideas with your board members or high level executives? We get to do it a lot here. If you are interested in joining our team, please check out our job openings here. We cannot promise Vinod will spend 3 hours with us again but definitely you will spend a lot time brainstorming with Monica, our CEO.
I liked this video!
I liked this video because it was short.
The first 30 seconds describe what I call "stake in the ground" programming. Just get something out there and make it better as you go along. Accept feedback quickly and integrate. Or, as I call it, Joos it!
The quote in the last 10 seconds is the one that really got me convinced that you guys are the future.
