Remove admin requirement

I have seen a few topics discussing the admin rights requirement, but no clear answers. Are you planning to try and find a way around that requirement? I realize that it may be difficult, but I think it is critical for this to really have the impact I think it can.

I want to be able to build a fully functional PC that is stored on USB drive that allows me to connect to work. I can see myself being out of town at a hotel and use a PC that is in there Business Center. I could be at a friends house.

If I have to live with being an admin, then I already have PCs setup to do that. I might as well take my laptop everywhere with me.

Yes, we are looking into

Yes, we are looking into this. This is an high on our list.

If rebooting the host

If rebooting the host machine is an option, you could always use the bare metal version installed on a portable drive. That does not require any admin access, although you do need to reboot the machine to use it. We are also actively working on relaxing the admin requirement for the Windows version.

admin requirement

That is great news!

I forgot to mention in my original post that I really like this product and am looking forward to its future.

I would like to see you take on virtual apps when you get further along on this.
