Moka5 vs. MojoPac

Does anyone know how Moka5 is different from MojoPac? What are the relative advantages and disadvantages?

Just checked out MojoPac. Seems very cool.
I guess they create a vmware vds and then autoload vmplayer when the usb key is inserted?

Is moka5/mojopac doing anything other than adding wrappers to vmplayer?

What am I missing in the big picture?
