Where is the properties window?

I must be blind but I cannot find the properties window referenced in instructions as accessible by clicking the pencil icon. I am trying to enable folder sharing between an XP SP2 engine and the host and I cannot see where the pencil icon is that is referred to. In the moka5 engine window all I see is a small wrench and a >>. Neither of these seem to lead to an window where I can enable user folders as referenced in the instructions. Has the interface changed or I am just looking in the wrong place?
