For the restore CD's it may work and will be dependent on each OEM's version. We've had success with the Reinstallation CD Windows XP version. We'd love to know if your restore CD works when you get a chance. Create my own LivePC's with "images" for certain types of software (i.e. graphics, MS-Office, ...) Then, when one of my computers crashes, I can use the other one without having to re-install all the software. Also, I like the idea of being able load programs into a LivePC, seeing how they work, then dumping them (along with their buggy, invasive habits) with a certain amount of ease!
