Just no networking from within the VM Session. I'm not running baremetal. The logs on their way. --jrh James Hamilton [email protected] http://mvdirona.com Wed, 28 Mar 2007 10:16:49 -0700 I'm pretty sure I have a T43 http://www.moka5.com/node/717#comment-812 I'm pretty sure I have a T43 somewhere... Is this baremetal or the Windows LivePC Engine? Can you clarify what you mean by no networking support? Is this with the Host or in the LivePC or issues downloading a LivePC? If the UI comes up, please collect the support log using Ctrl-Shift-F1 ans sent it to [email protected]. Please note that the m5engine.log is not included for USB installation. Thanks Kevin Tue, 27 Mar 2007 20:57:14 -0700 No networking http://www.moka5.com/node/717 Moka5 installed quickly and easily on a Thinkpad T43 but has no networking support. Works perfectly with on a Lenovo T60 with the same group policy settings. As far as I can tell, firewall settings are identical on both systems. Group policy prevents trying with the firewall off but I can configure as many exceptions and port allows as I like. The T43 uses Intel 2200BG and the T60 uses Intel 3945ABG? Any VMware issues with the 2000BG? Has anyone else got it running on a T43 laptop? Thanks, --jrh Tue, 27 Mar 2007 16:11:01 -0700
