You'll still host the package and the Garage will just point to your local http server. Use the local URL for your LivePC during publishing. Since you do not want any one else (other than yourself) to subscribe to your LivePC, you may prefer to publish it as a private LivePC. To do this, check the "Do NOT include this LivePC in the public BetaGarage" checkbox when publishing the LivePC.
