Then you can publish your Ubuntu+LAMP LivePC and it will be much smaller and more efficient, as you will only need to store and transfer the differences. You also don't have to worry about installing and setting up the LivePC correctly, as it has already been done for you. If you want to use some OS or distribution for which there is no existing LivePC, you'll have to make a new one.
