From the symptom you report, it sounds like the VMware Player would not install.
Please check the following:
1. Which Operating System?
2. Does your user have Administrator rights?
3. Make sure the user profile has the "temp" folder
it should look something like:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user profile>\Local Settings\Temp
Can you sent the m5engine.log to [email protected]?
Location of m5engine.log
[usb drive letter]:\moka5\Documents and Settings\moka5User\Application Data\moka5\Engine
If the log show "C:\WINDOWS\system32\msiexec.exe returned 1622, expected 0"
Try installing VMware Player manually?
[usb drive letter]:\moka5\Program Files\VMware\VMware Player.msi
