However, I tried to use the lateset XPFROMCD tool (xpfromcd-1.0.7498) with NLITE 1.3 RC2 following the "Putting Windows On A Diet II" article. The NLITE image created fine, and I started running xpfromcd as instructed in the Quick Steps. However, the exeuction of the script returns: timeout: waiting 180 seconds for 'vm.vmx file to be downloaded' .................................... =============================================================================== An error has occurred.
