After xpfromcd installation, the xpcd.iso and Temp\FILES should be removed from the host. Does the xpcd.iso file or does Temp\Files folder still exist? You should be able to remove both the xpcd.iso as well as the Temp\Files folder to start a new xpfromcd. Please let us know if this helps your situation.
