The is a back up feature built into the LivePC engine if you are using a USB stick, but it sounds like you aren't using that. I'm not using this LivePC to provide a portable VM that resets each time I use it; instead, it's a working environment. I note that it appears to live in %APPDATA%\moka5\Engine\VirtualGentoo20061.
