We use a script instead of a fixed proxy. I can try from home tonight.

Are you behind some firewall? Yes, TrueUpdate is also from moka5. If it is failing, very likely the request to check for update is being blocked.Mon, 13 Nov 2006 14:03:28 -0800Hi Alan,

Same problem. I tried on two machines (one has a funky video driver), both from USB and from a local drive. Rebooting didn't help. I also get an error about TrueUpdate failing. Is that from moka5? I assume I have the latest version since I uploaded it today.
You told Greg to send the m5engine.log. I have mine. Where should I send it?

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Did you get a chance to reboot the server? beta-6 includes an update to the Virtual Machine (1.0.2).
What is the status of the service and is there an NT system Event log associated with the drivers failing to load.
Please send us (support@moka5) the m5engine.log from the USB device:
e.g. H:\moka5\Documents and Settings\moka5User\Application Data\moka5\Engine\m5engine.log and just the relative NT event log entries.
Please let us know if this helps or if there is any new findings.

Software using new beta 6. Beta 5 used to load up great on Windows Server 2003 (classroom computer). Now on Beta 6, I get a message "VMware Player authd start failed. Please reboot your machine to fix the problem." Any ideas?
PC specs:

Windows Server 2003
