In the temp folder, there should be some folder with {some random characters and numbers} as a name. Go into that folder\INST and the libxml2.dll should exist. copy it to your bin folder. Also of interest is to also provide the moka5log.log and usb-control.log from last Engine installation as well to understand what happened to this dll. Let us know if this helps.
*** Updated on 11/10 ***
One of the Panda Software products is causing this issue Detail: libxml2.dll is installed into system32 and the Panda Software specific location. We have noticed during testing that the copy in system32 causes this compatibility issue. Removing the dll in system32 allows the LivePC Engine to work properly. We have contacted Panda Software to understand if both copies of the dll are necessary for their application.
