Yeah, sorry, I was having so many problems with the prior version I just wiped everything and reinstalled from the newest PCLinuxOS from scratch. So this download may be a bit long. Also, if you get an error about "system3.vmdk" on starting, that was a bug in an old version of the LivePC Engine. If you unsubscribe and resubscribe, it should fix itself. (Don't worry, your downloaded bits will still be there.) The data you download for subscribed LivePCs is stored in the "Program Files\moka5\Engine" directory. So if you install to a different drive the cached data will also be stored on that drive. Also, it only uses up to the cache size that you specified during install (typically 2GB). Your local changes are stored in the user profile, under "Documents and Settings", so if you have many local changes or suspended images that can take up a fair amount of space too. Thanks for trying out the LivePC and let me know if you have any suggestions.

Thanks for the update! As soon as the download finish I'll give it a try (I thought it would download a diff, but the engine has like zeroed the previous livepc and is downloading 800+ MB from the start... is that right? Unfortunately my network is so sloowww).

Maybe this is not the right place to post such a question but: is there a way to choose where to save livepc's? (I mean the whole bunch of data, not the .lpc descriptor). My C: partition is quite full... thanks, teo PS. sorry, I added a new comment instead of replying..

hi, there is some problem with this LivePC: 1) user "me" doesn't exist in /etc/passwd, I have to login with "guest" and then copy /home/me/workspace/ in guest's home 2) there are some errors in the eclipse projects settings (missing dependencies, a "C:\eclipse\plugins..." path in joeq_test...) 3) root password ? ;) thanx!
