The logs should be in the temp folder. If you click run and enter %TEMP%, it should bring you to the temp folder. In the temp folder, there should be some folder with {some random characters and numbers} as a name. Go into that folder and look for moka5log.log and usb-control.log. Thanks. Fri, 03 Nov 2006 10:50:27 -0800 Install Issue(s) http://www.moka5.com/node/336 I am experiencing a different set of install issue on two different (real) PCs. First is a laptop with XP SP2. It gets to the "Showing the install path" dialog with InstallShield and fails to procede. It does not make any difference which drive or path I choose. I click "Next>" and nothing happens. No disk activity, nothing. Second machine is a desktop with XP SP2. It installs, then at the end pops up a "Failed to delete images.zip" and rolls back the install. Any ideas? adam...
